We received excellent service from the Rayna representative who works out of the lobby at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers. He arranged this ticket and for the Dubai Mall aquarium. Everything went very smoothly at both locations.

Excellent !
We did the Dubaï city tour , flyboard , Burj Khalifa 125th floor, safari desert, Abu Dhabi tour, it was wonderful, very well organized.

We went up to the 148 level, if you can try and get up to that height as there is a big difference between the 148 and 125

Mr. Vinay was so helpful and so friendly to help customer we just book online but with in 10min we got our ticket.
